With success comes growth and my client is looking for a Business Development Manager to join a successful pre-employment department in a sales capacity and work across an Adult Education Budget contract.

A home and field-based role, you’ll be responsible for engaging with small, medium, and large sized employers to promote pre-employment courses for staff members. Alongside this you’ll be securing employment opportunities and job interviews for learners to access once they have completed a course.

The Person

We are looking to speak to candidates who have worked in a target-driven employer engagement role- opening doors with employers, advising on training and closing sales on recognised qualifications. Working to tight deadlines and winning cold business- you will have tenacity and drive. Bonus points if you have experience across AEB (adult education budget) training.

Essential experience is working in a B2B sales environment and demonstrating success winning new business in the FE and training sector.
