We’re looking for a talented Career Support Adviser/Learner Engagement to work for our client.

The Role:

Reporting to the Case Team Leader and based in the company’s Leeds office, as the Career Support Adviser/Learner Engagement you will be primarily responsible for helping prospective students who wish to take a course with one of education partners, and take them through a process of application, enrolment and undertaking of their course.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:

– Managing your own ‘learner caseload’ including data retrieval, diary management, support of learners and successful completion of the learning journey

– Encouraging learners to progress through vital steps to starting their course

– Fully implementing the expected standards to ensure all learners receive an exceptional learning experience which adds significant value to their development, progress and progression

The Candidate:

To be considered for the Career Support Adviser/Learner Engagement role you’ll need to be able to demonstrate that you’re a passionate, driven individual who is willing to learn and can speak to people.

In addition, you’ll need the following:

– Outstanding organisational skills

– Great communication skills

– The ability to build a relationships with people and help take learners through a process

You’ll also need to be within a commutable distance to Leeds.

The Package:

Basic salary:  £25,000 – £30,000 per annum

Bonus:  A personal bonus is also available if you hit your targets – full details of the scheme will be revealed on application
