We’re looking for a talented Case Team Leader to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of managing a small team.

The Role:
In the Case Team Leader role you’ll be primarily responsible for overall numbers but also a contributor to the team. You will be managing your own caseload, team CRM reporting and KPI supervision, as well as delivering these reports to management.
You’ll report to the Management and you’ll spend part of the working week in the company’s Leeds office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home.
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Contacting learners in relation to prospective interest, applications, course due dates in line with department key performance indicators (KPI) to achieve strategic goals
– Professionally handling inbound and outbound telephone and electronic enquiries from learners and employers
– Managing your own ‘learner caseload’ including data retrieval, diary management, support of learners and successful completion of the learning journey
– Implementing the expected standards to ensure all learners receive an exceptional learning experience which adds significant value to their development, progress and progression
– Encouraging learners to progress through vital steps to starting their course
The standard working hours for this position are 40 hours pw.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Case Team Leader role will have relevant experience of managing a small team.
You’ll also need experience of delivering management reports and working towards KPI’s.
In addition, you’ll need the following:
– Drive, ambition and able to work in a supportive team-environment
– An ability to manage and create long lasting relationships
– A good track record in hitting and exceeding sales targets
– Excellent communication skills
You’ll also need to be a great character who believes in developing people and culture and be able to work autonomously whilst being a productive member of a team.

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
