The new and exciting role of Client Relationship Manager has been created due to continued growth within the commercially funded (Levy) apprenticeship sector.
This hybrid role entails identifying and developing business relationships and sales opportunities with Levy paying and non-levy paying employers. An integral part of the role will be creating sustainable partnerships and contracts/accounts that contribute to the organisation’s growth strategy.
We think that your career to date is likely to include the majority of the skills and experience highlighted below:
- Knowledge of the apprenticeships/skills sector
- At least 2 years’ experience in engaging with Apprenticeship Levy paying organisations in a consultative capacity
- Proven track-record in lead generation and sales
- Proven track-record in key account management and growth
- Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
My client is open to home-based, flexible working, but the successful candidate will be required to regularly attend the HO in Coventry and manage a patch across the Midlands.
