Customer Success Manager
A leading e-learning provider who provide both ready to go training solutions, as well as offering bespoke solutions. They work with clients ranging from public sector, thing government and NHS as well as large multi-national commercial clients. Our client has had some recent investment and are growing exponentially – especially in the past year, this growth is happening at a sustainable rate – they are a client we love working with.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be ensuring that our clients are setup for success, you’ll be providing pre-sales support, onboarding programmes and training. Ultimately, you will be ensuring customers are using products/services as well as maximising revenue renewal opportunities.
What do you need?
- Experienced in working in LXP/LMS or in an e-learning environment
- Previously worked in a customer success type role
- Comfortable in stakeholder management both internal and external up to c-suite level
