Customer Success Manager

Client:
A market leader in the LXP space, our client have grown massively over the last 2 years both in the UK and internationally – winning some large clients across some growing sectors. As such, due to the growth and success they’re looking to add to their customer success team.
Role:
- Working with our clients existing customer base as well as forging new long-lasting relationships
- Ensuring customers are maximising our clients platform – this will be done via onboarding and post-sales training and development
- Leading on business reviews with their clients, explaining how new products work and possibly implement these in the products/services offered
Person:
- Experience in working within Account Management/Customer Success at least 2 years experience.
- Experience or understanding of working/interest in the learning tech, or L&D market
- Ability to communicate across a range of stakeholders, both internal and external up-to c-suite level
