Our client are a well-established edtech business that works with Universities, Training Providers and FE Colleges in the UK. They are well-respected in their field, working with some of the biggest names in the education space. As a business they have won over 10 major awards, as well as being ISO accredited. They’re based in London, but operate nationally and are happy with people being based fully remote.

The role:

  • You’ll be working with clients post sale, you will be responsible for account level queries such as; product usage, service escalation and commercial discussions around renewals.
  • Facilitating training and engagement sessions – ensuring customer are maximising the product and ensuring they’re meeting expectations surrounding the service.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as; Product, tech support and sales
  • Working with stakeholders up to c-suite level

The person:

  • You’ll ideally have experience within the educational space and have knowledge of apprenticeship training
  • You’ll have previously managed portfolio/customer base
  • Experience in either working previously in a CSM type role, or anything with commercial acumen such as; Business Development Manager, Account Manager or anything product related.
