The role

Working within the customer success team you will be working closely with all of our clients current accounts across the world. There is no sales involved, this is very much account management and customer success.

You will work closely with other stakeholders in the company to greater impact product development, servcing the needs of the clients.

What you need

  • Our client are very culture orientated, as such it is important that you want to be a part of a team with great longevity and service
  • Adaptive – work around your clients and the needs of the business
  • My client would love someone with experience in customer service, but are flexible on background, they will train you on everything needed!
  • Willingness to travel, this is a hybrid role
