Tell me more about the role…
You will be primarily responsible for building a portfolio of clients and trying to get them to utilise the apprenticeship levy.

Based in the company’s Coventry office, you’ll report to the Sales Director and will be tasked with the following:
– Meeting new clients and developing key working relationships
– Hitting and/or exceeding all your targets
– B2B sales


What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who’s got a background in hitting and exceeding targets.

They’ll also need you to have experience of:
– The apprenticeships levy
– B2B sales
– Relationship building

In addition, you’ll need the following:
– A hunter mentality and be comfortable to develop cold business
– Outstanding communication skills
– Extensive experience within a training provider

We need you to be a great character who believes in developing people and culture and be able to work autonomously whilst being a productive member of a team.

What can I earn?
This Business Development Manager position offers an attractive basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum.

On top of this, you can expect to earn a performance related bonus of up to £15,000 per annum if you hit your personal targets
