Business Development Manager
BDL are working with a well-known and highly respected training provider that has been partnering with organisations and delivering training for over 27 years.
On a growth trajectory- my client is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to join their team to work on a national basis. Supported by an account management function, this role is new sales/business development focused. Our client is looking for someone who is super strategic and consultative, familiar with engaging with levy and medium sized organisations and winning apprenticeship business. You’ll know apprenticeships inside out.
Skills and Experience
· You’ll have worked for a Training Provider and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience engaging with employers and facilitating apprenticeship training courses
· You’ll have experience of working with employers from the digital/IT sector and/or facilitating training across management and leadership apprenticeship courses
· You’ll have experience of working towards ambitious financial revenue/apprenticeship starts targets
