Seeking a commercial and customer-focused professional with 2-3 years’ experience within sales/customer service sector, this is a role that is a bit different but our client are just looking for people who have experience within sales/telesales or a customer service background and just growing those skills into more of a sales/account management role. this company offer a huge amount of growth and career progression but just want someone who is willing to put in the time and effort and then they reward them.

Working alongside our team of field-based Technology Consultants, the candidate shall possess fantastic communication skills, relationship-building experience, and a drive to work in an engaging manner with potential customer accounts. Although you’ll be confident managing the sales process with the ability and drive to close deals, the role is not a hard sales position; customer service, customer experience and making the right choices to support your customers is key.

This is a brand-new position as the office-based component of a national sales team. Your bonus is driven by the success of the team as whole, with KPIs being the main driver to unlock commission.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

·      Account Management – Working on the team’s account base you will keep regular communications to ensure Elementary Technology remains their technology supplier of choice, whilst delivering the best customer experience from a win:win mindset

·      Business Development – Maximising sales from warm enquiries and working customers through our customer engagement sales process, whilst also building and passing on leads to the most appropriate person

·      New customer acquisition – We are a well-connected company with an excellent reputation in the sector, so part of your time will be spent leveraging this to seek out and grow new customers. Use your skills to understand the customer, build trust, explain who we are and how we can help them

·      Internal Relationships – A working partnership element of the role is maintaining a close relationship with your field sales team to aid with sales, account management and new business opportunities by teaming up or completing tasks to assist. As your bonus is linked to their performance this work has a positive impact on your earning potential

·      Written Communications – The Customer Success team will manage the chat function for our websites and although we always prefer to use the phone, teams or in person – there is a large proportion of admin involved through emails and CRM updates

Person Specification

·      Be part of the team, we are a close knit company and there is no place to hide like in some corporate organisations – this is role for someone enjoys working closely with colleagues

·      Ability to learn, understand and apply technical product & service knowledge

·      Demonstrable techniques in generating new business and working towards targets and KPI’s

·      Experience in managing accounts and building strong relationships with customers

·      Being present and involved by sharing and improving upon best practise and working to increase your development and knowledge

·      Great time management to ensure all tasks are complete with a focus on the teams’ sales pipeline


Account Management: 2 Years (preferred)
(New) Business Development: 1 year + (preferred)
Software or technology sales: 1 year (preferred)
