You will be primarily accountable for managing high level and high value accounts on a high touch customer success model.

Working from home, you’ll report to the Head of Customer Success and will be tasked with the following:

– Managing and building long term relationships

– Managing all aspects relating to the allocated accounts

– Growing and developing the allocated portfolio

What experience do I need?

My client wants someone who’s got a background in managing large scale l&d projects.

They’ll also need you to have a background in working with high value, FTSE level accounts and high touch customer success.

In addition, you’ll need the following:

– Outstanding communication skills

– The ability to convey with c-suite

– Exceptional commercial knowledge

You’ll also need to be the following:

– Able to work autonomously whilst being a productive member of a team

– Travel as and when required

– Passionate about the learning and development space

What can I earn?

This Senior Customer Success Manager position offers an attractive basic salary of up to £65,000 per annum.

On top of this, you can expect to earn a performance related bonus of up to £15,000 per annum if you hit your personal targets.
