We are offering an excellent package, lots of development opportunities and a flexible working arrangement with 2-3 days in our Bristol office and 2-3 days working from home, in the office or anywhere that you’re most comfortable.
Responsibilities
· Work with schools across the globe to implement our clients Edtech
solutions, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
· Support customers effectively with questions and issues as they
arise.
· Maximize customer retention, securing and processing annual
renewals.
· Crafting beautifully written, inspiring and compassionate emails.
· Proactively monitoring customer health data to spot opportunities
and risks.
· Working with sales and engineering teams as well as two Teacher
Success Managers based in the US.
· Using CRM for all communications, tracking progress and reporting
goals.
· Reporting initially to the VP of Partnerships.
Skills and experience
· Customer-first mentality demonstrated in customer-facing
experience.
· Ability to juggle a high volume of daily tasks, using technology
extensively to maximize efficiency. Experience using a CRM system would be an
advantage.
· Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow up and
follow through on tasks.
· Excellent written communication skills with an understanding of
how to build relationships via email.
· Analytical skills to use data to drive actions and decisions.
· Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to negotiate and
problem-solve.
· Knowledge of digital tools, apps and education would be an
advantage.
· Passion for education and helping educators access
transformative digital tools.
· Demonstrable business acumen and a good understanding of
business sales processes.
· Team player who enjoys working with colleagues across the
business.
· Competence in additional languages would be of interest.
