Chief Operating Officer
We’re looking for a talented Chief Operating Officer to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of managing extensive curriculum and operational teams.

Reporting to the Chief Executive and based in the company’s Remote office, as the Chief Operating Officer you will be primarily responsible for the overall development of the numerous companies within the group from an operational and curriculum perspective.
In the job you’ll be tasked with growing curriculum and quality and growing the reputation of the group and the companies within it.
The ideal candidate for this Chief Operating Officer role will have relevant experience of managing extensive curriculum and operational teams.
You’ll also need experience of:
– Ofsted regulations
– Running the financial operations for a small business
– Developing teams
In addition, you’ll need extensive experience within a training provider and an exceptional understanding of curriculum development.
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
– A great character who believes in developing people and culture
– An experienced leader at head of/director level
– An adaptive leader who can grow with the business

Basic salary: Up to £80,000 per annum
