We’re looking for a talented Customer Success Executive to work for our client.

If you can demonstrate that you’re a passionate, driven individual who can manage multiple customers/clients at once, with an ability to demonstrate our clients product, then you could be exactly what they’re looking for.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Sales and based in the company’s Sheffield office, as the Customer Success Executive you will be primarily responsible for demonstration our clients product to their prospective buyers across the UK and some international markets.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:

– Dealing with enquiries from clients, referring complex queries to other internal stakeholders

– Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities

– Maintaining contact with customers ensuring they are maximising the products and building positive relationships with them

The Candidate:

To be considered for the Customer Success Executive role you’ll need to be able to demonstrate that you’re a passionate, driven individual who can manage multiple customers/clients at once, with an ability to demonstrate our clients product.

In addition, you’ll need the following:

– Exceptional customer facing skills – both written and verbal

– Innovation in a way of demonstrating our clients products

– Outstanding organisational skills

The Package:

Basic salary:  Up to £23,000 per annum

Bonus:  A personal bonus of up to £15,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
